Castle of Good Hope

We didn’t have to get going early so had a slowish start before visiting a really interesting museum.  Lots of history and probably too much to take in.  No evidence of lottery grants (?) so the orientation panels were a bit lacking but we learnt a fair bit from what there was.  OH suggested walking to the Waterfront but after his estimate of ‘a 20 minute walk’ turning into an hour and a half the other evening, I checked with the tour guide.  He suggested it was too dangerous to walk as we would not be safe?!?  Decided on a uber instead.

We had a few hours around the pool this  afternoon before heading out to dinner at Marble - probably the best steak I have ever had!!
