Five things, now!

I was going to give myself the entire weekend off but man…

So the latest Musk/DOGE request of federal employees is that they send him an email with five bulleted points that explain what they did last week. If they do not comply by midnight today, they will be fired. Again, if it weren’t so catastrophically humiliating, it would be laughable. It brought to mind a sinister version of a teacher asking pupils to say what they did over the weekend. Interestingly, two agencies (headed by ‘friends of the regime’) actually pushed back and told their employees not to respond. I want to believe this showed a bit of fortitude, but I am too jaded at the moment so I expect it’s some sort of trap…

Oh and muskrat’s own security people were just ‘federalized’ which means they are allowed to wear arms in any federal facility and have the power to arrest people. I mean you can’t make that sh..t up
