I saw this vehicle parked in the street and had to go and investigate.
The slogan above decorated the rear of the vehicle. (Saving the planet……)

It is a Ligier Pulse 4 Tipper electric vehicle, made in France.

The rear was loaded with fancy gear such as water tanks, spray nozzles, etc.
A little research revealed that it is used for removing graffiti, watering plants, removing rubbish, etc.

Note the banana skin in the foreground, ready to trip up the unwary photographer.
