Deserted sledging runs

Up early this morning to drive to Härnösand and deliver our visitors to the station. The train was a few minutes after eight so it wasn't ridiculously early. We saw them onto the train and waved them off on their journey homeward. Härnösand to Arlanda airport, then Oslo and Manchester airport, before the drive home.
We went off to the car-wash to give Rose's car a really good clean before we returned it to her with a full fuel tank. It was really generous of her to lend it to us for the last 8 days.
Rose also gave us coffee and home-baked rolls as a breakfast - very yummy!
Then it was home to start the big clear up. This is the garden with it's scattering of various types of sledges. They looked a bit forlorn in the drizzle of rain, so we wiped them down and popped them in the barn to dry out and be packed away for the next English winter visitors, probably arriving a year from now!
The remainder of the day has been spent doing a couple of loads of washing, sorting The Red House, and then taking it easy and, amongst other things, catching up with Blipfoto, backblipping the 21st and 22nd, plus today's blip.
