Day 7: Family pic

Our lost 'proper' day of our holiday. We made the most of the pool and the sunshine with Charlie going into the water a fair few times. He's really used to it now and seems quite at home in his float.

We decided to have dinner out this evening but ideally wanted Charlie to be asleep first. Of course as with all best laid plans, despite walking miles along the coastal path he was stubbornly wide awake. Rob had spotted a restaurant he liked but we chickened out of going in 'just in case' Charlie got vocal (shouty) as it was far more 'romantic' than 'family friendly'.

We headed back to the hotel but had missed final seating for the main restaurant. The room service menu did nothing for us so we finished the holiday in the same way we started it with Robin fetching a cheeky McDonald's and playing cards on the balcony! Charlie had fallen asleep like a dream as soon as we were back in the room- typical!
