One step at a time
Day 1 - again
I'm not happy with where I am with my health and weight so I'm trying again, one step at a time, one squat at a time, one pound at a time.
I brought it up to my therapist and my current goal is to figure out what I am trying to sooth when I emotional eat. I don't know right now, I just know I do emotionally eat.
My goal is to not let my weight hold me back from living life. I am currently over the weight limits for many different types of activities and would most likely need to ask for a seat belt extender if I went on a plane and I don't think I could mentally handle that!
