Tiny Garages

Most of the houses on my 1970s-built estate either have an integral garage or one in a block (mine). 

Most of the garages on my estate  are too tiny to fit 2020s-sized "small family" cars (mine has a 1inch wing mirror clearance), let alone the SUVs and MUVs popular with families today.

Most of the garages on my estate have been converted, are full of junk (mine!) or are unused.

A 21st century first world problem.
