Great Egret

We walked up to the golf club and back this morning, only three miles but a pleasant place to sit and watch golf balls going off all over the place.

This great egret flew into the nature reserve as we were walking back, and I’ve added a few extras but they’re nothing special.  A butterfly interloper, a clown busker who was very amusing but on the other side of the river bed.  A view of the sand-dunes leading down to the sea and the golf club.

Each evening before dinner we stroll down to the hotel Blue Bar, which is adjacent to the promenade, and watch the sun go down before heading back for dinner.  A large gin and ginger ale is consumed.
