Dad & Daughter

The first half of the day was pretty full of people. The usual weekly early morning prayers, then coffee with Kissilla at 8,30 (she's a doctor who works in 2 practices here, one public one private, and works doing online consults in the States in the evening! Early morning coffee is our only option!), and then straight to get post and take it to the ES coffee in San Raf. It's been ages since I was last there, so it was extra lovely.
Home for cooking lunch and later getting Nate to Patis Oberts and walking home the pretty way. It felt so spring-like and lovely. Danny and Asha came and joined me, which was lovely. That's Formentera in the background of the photo, on the right.
Danny took the car for it's MOT this evening, glad to report it passed!

An odd feeling throughout the day as one of our church folks is having an extremely tough time and things came to a head today. So lots of messages, praying, researching and contacting people who may be able to help.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Hearing the birdsong as I walked home, feeling the sun on my face, smelling the sea. It felt restorative.
2) People welcoming me to the ES coffee with open arms. Such a lovely way to be received!
3) Danny cooking a tasty tea tonight.
