On parade...

What a gorgeous day! Temps above zero, sun shining..no need for hat or gloves...and loads of wildlife at the lake, anxious to have their photos taken! (see extras) 

Is Spring here? Not quite but I figured it best to enjoy this whilst I can! Freezing rain and/or snow in the forecast. Yuk.

Only a few folks wandering around enjoying the weather..so I had lots of time to sit undisturbed on a tree trunk by the water soaking up the sun.

What a treat to get away from my TV which seems to beg me to turn it on, promising to tell me the latest absurdities happening south of the border... How could anyone resist that?  Like, who wouldn't want to know what unbelievable thing has Elon done today? Or what bizarre statements the orange madman has made today? 

But today, I managed to resist..and sought peace in nature instead. 

Now... if only I can stop myself from turning on CNN tonight!
