Crocus

Another flower photo today, but this time it’s a garden crocus. Last week, all our crocuses were tightly budded, not even opening in the sunlight.  Now, more and more are opening fully, stamens heavy with pollen ready for the few intrepid bees that have been buzzing round this week. 

It’s definitely too early to tell whether the meds are working, but the steroids have already delivered that unpleasant headache and I’m sure sleep tonight will be fitful……
