stairway to heaven..

or to the next floor..take ya pick... operation ..knacker the girls out .. took a day off yesterday , ali done a bit of work and we just popped into town..shamara felt rough and didnt even manage to go swimming so was at home with me fast asleep on the sofa. Just a quiet one yesterday .. were allowed them occasionally !
today we are back in the saddle, hillier gardens...should be a goodie
