The Tower of Joensuu City Hall

And part of the summer terrace of the theatre restaurant. Joensuu City Theatre resides in the same building. It's the easternmost professional theatre in the EU.

The building was designed by architect Eliel Saarinen. It was made in 1914 and stylewise it's an amalgam of Jugend-style and national romanticism.
