Morning Thoughts
My morning walk.
So every morning for the last 1455 days, I have meditated with an app I highly recommend, Insight Timer. You can use it for free, but I pay a premium fee of five bucks a month for many additional features and courses. Today was day 10 of the course, “Live A Life of Loving Kindness,” led by Tony Brady. Today’s session was about connecting with our online friends, and I thought about all of you here on Blip. Unlike Facebook, Instagram, and, God forbid, X (Elon’s Twitter), no drama or toxicity exists on Blip. It’s just good people, posting good pictures, about their good lives. Isn’t it great?
Tony ended the meditation with these affirmations:
May our online friends and associates be happy and content.
May they be safe in their locations.
May they be healthy, strong, and free from suffering.
May their activities be rewarded with success.
May our online friends feel deeply connected to those around them, both near and far.
May they never feel isolated or alone.
Wishing the best to my Blip family and community.
