Shattered light

A tiring day
Completed part 2 of mandatory EDI training which i have opted to break down into chunks as I simply can't fit it all into one session.  I have had to complete 3.5 hours on climate change already and on Monday I have to travel for a half day, in person session on sexual harassment.
It makes sense that we have training but doesn't get 'the day job' done.
In the afternoon I had a 2hr  'mentor briefing.  One of my team has just begun a management degree via an apprenticeship route and it felt as though I was back in school.
