After last night's hurried Maundy Thursday handover of my new car in Buchloe, home on Good Friday for Easter. Time to look at the car in daylight. Looks good.

I do remember saying at the time this will probably be my last car. It actually lasted until 8th July 2020 when the police caught me with 8 month out of date TÜV/MoT. It was Covid time and I couldn't get a garage to repair it. Police were very understanding & the on-the-spot fine was only €25.
I guess for an American car, that wasn't well maintained by me, 18 years isn't bad. It does have a Mercedes Benz diesel and was built in Austria which may explain it.
