In spite of me!
This small bunch of snowdrops emerges each year at this time in a most unlikely spot. Neither Tony nor I planted them and we enjoy their annual resilience. I left blipping till late today so they make a pretty emergency blip.
Another glorious day which fills the heart. I am determined to keep up with my strengthening exercises to improve the state of my knee so I was up early to do some pilates and some of the exercises given to me by Christine. I also taped my knee in readiness for my fitness session. Sara remodelled the session to suit my injury and I came away with more ideas for how to build that strength and keep moving.
It was a quick shower and turnaround at home before heading for the bus to Bingley to meet up with Rachael for lunch. It was my first chance to meet Baby R who slept throughout our meal and catch up with an enigmatic smile on his very lovely face.
Back home I called in on elderly neighbour M then took a wander around the garden before prepping dinner.
Blood boiling by the treatment of President Zelensky by that man today, appalling behaviour.
