Venus

The night sky hosts a grand chain of 7 visible planets this evening, not to be repeated until 2040. Not sure how keen I'll be to stand out in the cold and dark then. So, I tried for Saturn and Mercury low on the horizon after Keep fit but it was already too late and they'd slipped into the cloud bank. Venus though was giving it all she'd got - the photo doesn't do her justice.
I may put my nose out to see Jupiter and Mars before bedtime .
