Being Friday it was craft group in the morning. This was the third meeting of our newly formed group and, just like the previous two, it was fun and productive. All sorts of activities were going on and some people did more than one activity in the two hours. My blip shows (clockwise from bottom right) spinning a beautifully soft mohair yarn, sewing a coat using a glorious golden boiled wool fabric, creating a tapestry, and kintsugi - the Japanese art of mending  broken pottery using lacquer mixed with powdered gold. There was also cross-stitch, crochet and knitting.
After this, Nick and I ventured over to Tobermory for an appointment and to do some shopping. We left Bertie at home with B who has started the solar panel installation. Exciting times in our little corner of the universe, while in other parts of the world people seem intent on leading us all over a cliff edge!
