Simple supper

What a crazy day. But a great one as well were given funding to bring two new young people into our space. One, an IT chap, was easy as we had been trying to find him an opportunity for a while. The other, has to be a young lady, is proving a little harder but hopefully by tomorrow morning that will be resolved.

Our outing with the pooches was thwarted by a sudden but intense downpour, just as we arrived at the forest.

We have a busy weekend ahead of us as wee Mags is coming for a visit. Lots of prep done meant a later than normal supper, so we opted for something I found on Instagram. Croissant French toast, meatball in the middle, covered with spaghetti sauce and grated cheese and baked. Absolutely delicious, and one we will be making again!
