Oasis

Up in Edinburgh again, a place I know well.
Hidden away in various parts of the city are a large number of green spaces. Refuges for wildlife, they are frequented by local folk who walk their dogs in them, jog through them and doubtless carry out other perhaps less blippable activities!
Far from the tourist trails, shopping centres and soundtrack of the busy City, I love them.
This is the large pond which is part of the wonderful Figgate Park nestled in amongst housing estates on the North side of the City.
