Pesto Pasta
Today has been a “Rest Up” day and I was very happy to be able to produce a very high protein meal for dinner tonight. The Pesto is my home made one and the basil is compliments of our Augusta neighbours, Geoff and Debbi :). The pasta is quite unusual as it’s made from Edamame beans and is high in protein. It’s’ quite a different flavour but quite delicious. Of course you’ve got to top it off with a generous dollop of Parmesan cheese! I hope my blip buddies have had a lovely weekend. It’s the “Labour Day” holiday in WA tomorrow.
