Hot Choux (With An Evil Grin), Maidstone

Just popped into town after the weekly food shop to get a photo or two. Maidstone does look a bit down at heel in places but I think that makes for more interesting images. My main image is of a disused phone kiosk with a monumental masons in the background. I liked the slightly macabre juxtaposition of the gravestones and the evil grin (and, of course, the photography pun)!
The extra, "After The Neon Is Gone", was taken down one of the side streets. This shop had been empty for quite a while and has even been stripped of it's sign. I like how it contrasted with the reflections on the car parked in front of it.
