Quiet day

Despite having a late night I was awake early this morning. I had intended to go for a walk. The sun was shining but the wind was icy and I couldn't face the return uphill struggle. I took a tumble on the kitchen flags  a couple of days ago and noticed a lump on my foot yesterday that is now very tender. I did some Pilates following a YouTube video instead of the walk. I thought that would be less painful for the foot. I have been massaging it arnica oil which I use for my arthritis flare ups. Hopefully it will be more comfortable in a day or two.
I've packed up the cardholders for the respective families and they will be collected by Royal Mail tomorrow. I've asked them for feedback when they've been trialled!
I chose the jigsaw in the recycle shop yesterday. 
Quite a laid back peaceful day with just a couple of short wanders round the garden.
An early night tonight.
