Onwards...
Too much fun at the weekend meant that today was a bit of a struggle. Our guests left first thing this morning. We will see them again soon in the north.
Beautiful pink sunrise first thing this morning - it demanded a picture.
Sunny when I headed up to George Street for a day of RSE stuff. Mr A and I were discussing the other day who the cove was at the St Andrew Square end of George Street was. It's James Clerk Maxwell, of course. We probably had that conversation several times over the last two decades....
And as the meeting was mainly about the future of the RSE building - which needs a lot of modernisation for sure - it made sense to get a picture of that.
All in all a nice compilation of the earlier part of my day.
It was cold and grey by the time I left the building. But the mercy was that because my meeting and lunch had run over, it was pointless heading up to Pollock Halls for the back end of another session of having my head battered by management speak. The better option was an early journey home to tend my email and go to another meeting at 4pm on Teams....
Early night tonight. In Bermuda, they headed home today. Another phase opens.
