The Big Juicy Forehand

Is there anything more satisfying than hitting a big juicy forehand on the tennis court? It's all about the tennis at the moment. All I need to do now is to get my tennis partner to stop playing like a total man, and learn that it's not all about spin and power, and then maybe we can get some rallies and games going!
