Bend Stretch and Balance
Today I visited this lovely u3a group run by an ex ballet dancer. Really good core stability and balance exercises- I joined in of course!
Before that pool Pilates and CTiP ( Churches Together in Pershore) Shrove Tuesday pancake lunch.
Home for dinner and a bit of CL football before out to steward Jesus Christ Superstar at Number 8 which I’m looking forward to.
