Yn ôl at y Genhinen Pedr ~ Back to the Daffodil
“People who study the art of ikebana, or flower arrangement, don’t have to formally meditate, but they use the principles of mindfulness and awareness in their study, in the work of arranging flowers. In doing so, one begins to realize chaos, boredom, inadequacy, and all the rest of it. Then one begins to develop a sense of humor.”
― Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, (“Perception and the Appreciation of Reality” in The Collected Works of Chögyam Trungpa, Volume Seven, page 685)
