Continuing the recovery with small steps. A significant milestone this morning when I managed to fasten my bra strap without needing my mum’s help!

I can’t get the dressings wet, so a shower is a challenge. While I’ve been able to wash easily enough, the hair hasn’t been so straightforward. So I popped up to the hairdresser for a quick wash and blow
dry at lunchtime.

We also popped out to buy a couple of extra tops that button down the front and so are much easier to put on. And I spotted these patterns in the whitewash on a shop window. A little play with the white balance makes a slightly more creative blip than some of my recent efforts!
