Snowdrops

A day of decorating while K1 away visiting relatives so I have the house to myself. Called to Newport to collect a framed postcard of old Newport to match another we had done about a week ago, then on to B&Q for more paint and Morrison’s for some supplies for me. As I arrived back home I was suddenly struck by the snowdrops outside the house, below a low stone wall. They’ve been out for weeks but today they just grabbed my attention as I arrived home, as if to say look at us, why haven’t you paid your respects yet! So now I have.
