Shrove Tuesday

An absolutely gloriously warm sunny day, all day. Not a cloud in the sky.

It was a busy day, including woofer walks in the park, reading 'Small things like these' (Claire Keegan) for tomorrow night's Bookclub, making pancakes for bro and me this evening, and then of course, Day #2 of Sketch Week as I described yesterday which started at 19.30 and finished just before 22.00 !!  the sketching "only" took the first 75 minutes or so, but the constant concentration was exhausting.  The Q&A session that followed was useful, but I only half watched. Then it was time to take Rufus for his evening 'round the block' stroll and now, with more unpalatable news tonight,  I'm sitting here trying not to think about Armageddon.
