Pink Galah!

This is the mural that greeted me when we went to Subiaco for Coffee after our walk with the Front Runners Group.  I had parked the car about 100 metres down the street and as I walked back to the Louis Beoglin French Patisserie I noticed the amazing art work on the car park wall.  It’s just stunning.  What a great way to brighten up what could be a very boring wall.
The Patisserie is just magnificent and although we’re not indulging in Louis Pastries at the moment, we absolutely love his coffee.  The cafe is tucked in a side street and we enjoy sitting on the pavement taking in the passing parade for a while.  I urge you to click on the link above and torture yourself.  Louis is the real deal and he told me he was from the Alsace region.  No wonder he makes such amazing cakes.
