A hoot

Some wise owls joined Dippy and I in Amadeus.
A thoughtful day with mild weather temperatures in the mid to high teens.
Tea with several friends and a spontaneous bond with a couple, one from Kenya who is working here in North Devon and his lady friend from Nantes in western France, once the capital of Brittany. I’m not sure which one to visit first:)
My fasting is now 3 days in and I’m feeling ok physically.
Hake cooked in a parsnip, coconut and spicy sauce topped with a heap of kale.
