A Light Canter
12,938 steps today, every one of them to and from the breakfast buffet. After a pint of Alka-Seltzer, we walked in the foothills between Newtonmore and Kingussie. Loch Gynart featured, then a rewarding café. No shinty was involved. We then went along to see Tom, now domiciled in Kingussie, who lived for many years in Hoy. He had arrived home from Morocco half an hour beforehand. He gave us a jar of honey. I am so glad CMC witnessed it, just before we departed Mill House, Tom mentioned Brasso Chaser. We weren't sure whether it was a racehorse or a deposed ex-President of the Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front in Salvador.
