New Hair day

Tueaday - was busy although I cancelled a few things including cleaners and a 10 am call.
At 12 Jen came and gave me a trim and a styling.
I felt gorgeous!!!
I got out with Neil for a coffee before heading into the first coaching call with Hamish.
It was fab.

Neil got us chicken thighs and we had a nice high protein dinner on the couch.
