Snowy steps

I bright sunny day but a little chilly. I sat out with my jacket and coffee this morning and watched the kitty play with the catnip mouse I gave her. She really likes to play and it was super cute. A collage in the extra.
I finally got out for a walk on Pilot Hill and went up the little canyon I like. There is not much snow up there but the rocky steps out of the canyon were still shaded and snowy. I liked the lines of the snow and the stones. Then I got on top and walked across a flat rocky area with lots of little potholes. I spotted the crescent moon and some other planets in a little puddle. I thought maybe they were ice but they were tiny bubbles..
Mom stopped by for a visit and I got some fiddle practice in. We spring forward with the time tonight but I've already set my clocks for today. I hate the springing forward.
