Spring Has Sprung, Part Deux

I was so excited to see the ladybugs, and to get such great close-ups with my phone! I was going to go inside and get the real camera, but stuff looked so good on the screen that I didnt bother. Well. I am really disappointed to see that the photos are all so high key and hyper and not very sharp. I don’t know what the phone was seeing, but that’s not how it looked out there in the late afternoon light. I tried to bring it down, but I don’t think it’s very successful. This is just not what I’d envisioned as a celebration of ladybug-ness, but it’s what you get. If I remember tomorrow, and if I can find the ladybugs again, I will try it with the Lumix and see if I can do better.  I don’t know that I’ve ever been so embarrassed by a blip, but it’s too late to find anything else.
