A dreich day

An atmospheric river was forecast and certainly came to pass.  We left Comox BC after a stop at the waterfront to see storm and were buffeted by the wind.  Interesting, only 70 km down island to Qualicum Beach the sea was calm, clearly sheltered in the bay (extra photo)
