What I've Done

Derwent Mists

I dropped Deb off at work, came home to wait for a delivery from the post office (they had tried to deliver twice already - and it needed a signature) - no real issue, it was damp and windy. ~They arrived at 12, I then popped over to Cockermouth to do the weekly shop, and just as I arrived back, looked over the laker to see mist forming.

Threw the frozen goods into the freezer, grabbed a camera and shot down to great wood. All wind had stopped, and the mists in front of the Newlands valley range was amazing. I spent a very happy hour shooting there, (before returning home to unpack the rest of the shopping).

So what started as a non-photographic day actually ended quite successfully.
