Song Thrush ( Turdus philomelos )

We are both still very much under the weather, coughing and permanently weary.   Dozing everytime we are sitting still.  Blips are snatched with the minimum effort.  Fortunately for a few days a couple of Song Thrushes have been hanging round the garden.

I am pleased to have the thrushes for a number of reasons, we have hardly seen a thrush in the garden in recent years and they are great snail eaters.
