Mersea Island- Monday runday

Perfect weather for a seaside run. We chose Mersea Island. B walked and I ran - with run-backs.  I enjoyed running along the shoreline, seeing where our Gig rows had been over the winter series. We sat and chatted, then walked to town for lunch. A splendid day.
