Beautiful early morning Gig row

Sunrise start to get the tide - see extra. The water was perfect and we practiced Pyramids and 360 degree turns ( just in case). I learnt exactly how to keep the oar in for a longer stroke. Thoroughly enjoyable. 

Then volunteer at Juniors. I marshalled at the top of the hill. Delightful to see all the children run the hill. They have so much energy!

Then home for breakfast and relax watching the England rugby. Great fun.
