My Asda click and collect failed to supply the wholemeal bead I had ordered. So I went to my local bakery - I can park right outside so I don't need to walk far.

I literally ‘grabbed’ this shot because of the yellow interior decor contrasting with the faded red window frames, and the woman’s matching coloured top. Only later did I see her, er, shape.

I got more blood test results today but there was no improvement. I knew there wouldn’t be because I felt so unwell. Still waiting for the hospital to get in touch and offer me some treatment. I need a dietician and a nephrologist. So far the hospital have done NOTHING apart from order blood tests and tell me to stop taking prescribed drugs which can damage kidneys.
