Eyeballing each other ....

.... in Glencruitten this afternoon.

We were driving on the back road from Oban to Taynuilt when we came across these beautiful Highland Cattle on the road. Stop the car. The bravest one of us got out to take photographs. The other stayed in the car ready to go to the rescue and make a quick getaway in the event of a sudden charge. No fear .... the cow was the one to give way first, turned and ambled slowly off.

Glorious afternoon, visited Angus's Garden at Glen Lonan further along the road. Such a peaceful and restoring spot, in memory of a much loved son. Worth a visit.
