Bougainvillea

I am happy to see my Bougainvillea starting to bloom again. The hurricanes last year did some damage, blowing part of the arch over towards the street. Then we had unusually cold weather for Florida in January, when it was often in the 40's F at night. I think this plant might finally be recovering... Our landscaper who trims all the plants here (we don't have a lawn) is going to build a new support for the Bougainvillea arch as the one I originally installed was broken in the last hurricane. 

The first extra shows the arch just beginning 11 years ago... I had planted a small Bougainvillea tree the year before this photo was taken. The second extra was taken 1 year ago...
