Muireann Bradley - When the levee breaks (2023)
Memphis Minnie and Kansas Joe's 1929 song was "stolen" by Led Zeppelin; Muireann Bradley gives it back. Recorded for her much-acclaimed album I Kept These Old Blues of 2023 when she was in her mid-teens but left off the original release it has now been added to a new edition of the record. Mark Radcliffe played it last night on his Folk Show (R2).
