Thought it was time for a change from tulips!

Walked up to Tesco again today, and another short sit down before walking home. My watch reckons that this counted as 30 mins of “exercise” for the first time
since the operation. And the various physio exercises are definitely getting more mobility in my shoulder. So think I’m making progress, though I’m really not that good at taking things easy.
