Tulip and shadow

I hadn’t cleared the tulip from the other day away, and liked the shadow shapes.

Walked up to Tesco this morning (did sit down for a few minutes before walking home). And then drove round the block to deliver a birthday present this afternoon (the first time I’d driven post op). All good, but I sense balancing the need for rest/recovery and keeping body and mind active over the next few weeks will be a challenge. I’ve made a note of a few ideas including completing a couple of unfinished craft projects (small fiddly ones rather than strenuous), revisions to my website and a few journals and books that I have been meaning to read for a while.
