Another lovely day

The opera last night was very interesting. It was very oddly staged, taking the mickey with medieval demons and soldiers with pink shields. I hadn't a clue why. The lovely young man next to me wasn't impressed with it visually, but we agreed that it was brilliantly sung, especially by Michael Fabiano.

My blip today is of a very different singer - a busker performing outside the National Gallery. I just sat on the wall and enjoyed the sunshine and the atmosphere.

I was waiting for my friend.  When I said I'd be back to The Portrait Restaurant, I hadn't realised it would be quite so soon. We had the set lunch,  the food was special and so was the view..... a super couple of days.
