A glimpse inside the greenhouse.
The Feast Day of Saint Matilda. She is remembered for building convents and monasteries. After a difficult, charitable life helping the poor, Saint Matilda retired to one of the convents she had built in Nordhausen. She died in the year 968.
I enjoyed today. The weather has been brightly sunny. Along with the sunshine it stayed very, very cold. Currently it is 5:50pm and Google weather forecast records it as 5c feels like 1c. I try not to feel negatively towards these unusual weather pairings. It is bearable. It requires adaptable dressing, if you go out.
The blipfoto today shows the flowerpots of seeds recently planted. Calendula, Kale, Poppies and today, it was pale blue Cornflowers.
Paul kindly moved wheelbarrow loads of turf. I watered it. We hope to grow some wild flowers there, soon.
I hope you all enjoy a decent weekend.
Thank you for visiting my site blip friends.
